My name is Walmer, and my journey with coffee began in 2012, but the story goes much deeper than that.

I was born and raised in Guatemala, a country known around the world for its rich soils, high elevations, and incredible coffee. Coffee wasn’t just something we drank—it was part of everyday life, culture, and community. From an early age, I saw how coffee connected people, supported families, and carried stories from the land to the cup.

Years later, that foundation led me deeper into coffee—not just enjoying it, but learning the craft behind it. Since 2012, I’ve been immersed in sourcing, roasting, and sharing coffee with intention and care.

Today, we roast in Orange County, California, combining my Guatemalan roots with a commitment to quality, freshness, and community here at home. Every coffee we offer reflects that journey—honoring the producers, respecting the process, and celebrating the connection coffee creates.
